Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts and accessories. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be authorized by our customer support team before being sent back. If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the appropriate return address. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, has missing parts, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kd-stonedge.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number along with photos or videos showing the problem. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items marked as final sale.

  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@kd-stonedge.com. We will review your request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return procedure.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
